If you want to switch your server to a different game, you will need to open a support ticket.
- Make sure you have downloaded a backup of your server files if you need them.
- Login to the Billing Portal and open a support ticket.
- Include the game you want to switch to and confirm that you have backed up your data or that it is ok for us to wipe your server.
- Our staff will process the game change for you.
Caution
Changing your game requires a full server wipe. All existing server files will be deleted and cannot be recovered. Make sure you have downloaded any backups before submitting your request.
