How to Get a Refund
New customers can submit a support ticket within 48 hours of their first purchase and we'll process your refund within 24-48 hours. Refund requests made outside of the support ticket system will not be processed.

First-time purchases of any game server hosting plan, including all billing cycles and any add-ons purchased with the initial order. Promotional discounts are still eligible and you'll be refunded the amount you actually paid.
What's Not Covered
Renewal payments, purchases made more than 48 hours ago, add-ons purchased separately after your initial order, or services that violate our Terms of Service.
Processing Time
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. While we process refunds within 24-48 hours, it may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
