Try any server for 7 days. If it is not right, we give your money back, no argument.
How to get a refund
Open a support ticket within 7 days of your first purchase and we process the refund within 24-48 hours. We can only process refund requests that come in as a ticket.
What is covered
First-time purchases of any game server hosting plan, including all billing cycles and any add-ons bought with the first order. Promotional discounts still count: you get back what you actually paid.
What is not covered
Renewal payments, purchases made more than 7 days ago, add-ons bought separately after the first order, or services that break our Terms of Service.
How long it takes
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 24-48 hours, and your bank or payment provider can take 5-10 business days to show them.
