If you need to move your server to a different region, you can change the location from the billing portal.
- Login to the Billing Portal.
- Find the service and click
VIEW DETAILS. - Click
Actions > Upgrade/Downgrade Optionsin the sidebar. - Select your new
Server Locationand clickContinue.
Caution
Location transfers are not automatic. Once you submit the request, our staff will manually migrate your server within 24 hours or when your server is empty. Your server will experience downtime during the transfer and your IP address will change. We cannot restore your original IP address after the transfer.
