Reset Password

Learn how to reset your password for the billing portal and game panel

Note

The billing portal and game panel are separate systems with separate login credentials. Resetting your password on one will not affect the other.

Billing Portal

  1. Go to the Billing Portal Password Reset page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click Submit and check your inbox for a password reset email.
  4. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.

Game Panel

  1. Go to the Game Panel Password Reset page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click Send Email and check your inbox for a password reset email.
  4. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
