Stay current with the latest features and fixes. GhostCap servers automatically update by default whenever Abiotic Factor releases a new patch, keeping your server running smoothly without any manual intervention. You can also disable automatic updates if you prefer to control the update timing yourself.
Updating Your Abiotic Factor Server
- Access the GhostCap Panel and select your server.
- In the sidebar, go to
Startup Parameters. - Find the
Automatic Updatestoggle and make sure it's enabled. Restartyour server.
Whenever a new update is detected your server will now automatically restart to perform the update.
Server Not Updating?
If your server isn't updating automatically, verify that Automatic Updates is enabled in Startup Parameters, then manually restart your server to force an update check. Still having issues? Go to File Manager, delete the steamapps folder, and restart your server to trigger a fresh update.
