How To Change Your Hytale Server Name

Learn how to change your server hostname on your Hytale dedicated server.

This is what you do if you need to change your server name on your Hytale server, also referred to as a hostname.

Changing Server Name

  1. Access the GhostCap Panel and Stop your Hytale server.
  2. In the sidebar, go to File Manager.
  3. Open the config.json file.
  4. Find ServerName and set your desired name.
  5. Click Save and start your server.
