How To Change HP Regeneration Rates On Your Palworld Server

This guide demonstrates how to adjust HP regeneration rates on your Palworld server, allowing you to customize automatic healing and sleep healing for both players and Pals.

Changing HP Regeneration Rates

Access the GhostCap Panel and Stop your server.
Open Settings.
Under the Pals and Player sections, modify these HP regeneration settings:
- PlayerAutoHPRegeneRate — Controls player auto health regeneration.
- PlayerAutoHPRegeneRateInSleep — Adjusts player sleep health regeneration.
- PalAutoHPRegeneRate — Sets pal auto health regeneration.
- PalAutoHPRegeneRateInSleep — Manages pal sleep health regeneration in Palbox.
Click Save & restart to apply your changes.

Tip

For faster healing, set values above 1.0. For slower healing, use values below 1.0. Set to 0.0 to disable regeneration for a brutal and more challenging experience.
