How To Change HP Regeneration Rates On Your Palworld Server

This guide demonstrates how to adjust HP regeneration rates on your Palworld server, allowing you to customize automatic healing and sleep healing for both players and Pals.

Changing HP Regeneration Rates

1. Access the GhostCap Panel and Stop your server.
2. Navigate to Server Options in the sidebar.
3. Under the Pal and Player sections, modify these HP regeneration settings:
   • PlayerAutoHPRegeneRate — Controls player auto health regeneration.
   • PlayerAutoHPRegeneRateInSleep — Adjusts player sleep health regeneration.
