Changing Hunger And Stamina Rates

1. Access the GhostCap Panel and Stop your server.
2. Open Settings.
3. Locate the Pals and Player sections and modify these parameters:
   • PlayerStomachDecreaseRate — Controls how quickly player hunger depletes.
   • PlayerStaminaDecreaseRate — Manages player stamina reduction speed.
   • PalStomachDecreaseRate — Determines pal hunger depletion rate.
   • PalStaminaDecreaseRate — Adjusts pal stamina reduction rate.
4. Click Save & restart to apply your changes.
