1. Access the GhostCap Panel and Stop your server.
2. Navigate to Server Options in the sidebar.
3. Locate the Pal and Player sections and modify these parameters:
   • PlayerStomachDecreaseRate — Controls how quickly player hunger depletes.
   • PlayerStaminaDecreaseRate — Manages player stamina reduction speed.
   • PalStomachDecreaseRate — Determines pal hunger depletion rate.
