How To Change Dropped Item Limits On Your Palworld Server - Palworld Guide

This guide explains how to adjust dropped item limits on your Palworld server, allowing you to manage the maximum number of dropped items and their despawn timers.

Changing Dropped Items Limits

Access the GhostCap Panel and Stop your server.
Navigate to Server Options in the sidebar.
Under the Gameplay section, modify these two settings:
- DropItemMaxNum
- DropItemAliveMaxHours
Restart your server.

Note

DropItemMaxNum determines the upper limit for items that can be dropped simultaneously, while DropItemAliveMaxHours sets how long those items remain before disappearing. Reducing both values may enhance server performance.
