How To Increase Max Workers On Your Palworld Server - Palworld Guide

This guide demonstrates the process of modifying the maximum number of guild workers on your Palworld server, enabling direct control over how many Pals can perform tasks at each base camp.

Changing Max Guild Workers

Access the GhostCap Panel and Stop your server.
Navigate to Server Options in the sidebar.
Locate BaseCampWorkerMaxNum under the Bases & Guilds section and modify it.
Restart your server.

Note

The BaseCampWorkerMaxNum parameter determines the maximum Pals that can work at each individual base camp. The default setting allows 15 Pals per base. You can increase this to the vanilla limit of 50 Pals per base. Exceeding 50 workers requires modifications.

Higher worker limits may increase system load and affect server performance.
