How To Change The Structure Damage Rate On Your Palworld Server - Palworld Guide

This guide explains how to adjust structure damage rates on your Palworld server, including both damage taken by buildings and deterioration speed.

Changing Structure Damage Rate

Log in to the GhostCap Panel and Stop your server.
Navigate to Server Options in the sidebar.
Under Bases & Guilds, modify BuildObjectDamageRate and BuildObjectDeteriorationDamageRate.
Restart your server.

Note

BuildObjectDamageRate controls how much damage structures receive.
BuildObjectDeteriorationDamageRate controls the rate at which structures naturally decay over time.

Tip

We recommend always keeping BuildObjectDeteriorationDamageRate set to at least 0.1 — this will allow objects to clear up and has a positive impact on server performance.
