By default, GhostCap Palworld servers automatically update when new releases are available, ensuring your server stays current without manual intervention. You can disable automatic updates if you prefer complete control over update timing. Here's how to manage updates for your Palworld server.
Updating Your Palworld Server
- Access the GhostCap Panel and select your server.
- In the sidebar, go to
Startup Parameters. - Locate the Automatic Updates toggle and verify it's enabled.
- Restart your server.
When a new update becomes available, your server will automatically restart to apply the update.
My Server Still Didn't Update?
Confirm that Automatic Updates is enabled in Startup Parameters and then manually restart your server to force an update check. If your server continues to have issues updating, navigate to File Manager and delete the steamapps folder, then restart your server.
