How To Configure Your Project Zomboid Server

Basic Server Configuration

Basic settings such as server password, server name, and more can be configured directly in our game panel.

  1. Access the GhostCap Panel and Stop your server.
  2. In the sidebar, go to Startup Parameters.
  3. Edit the setting you want to change.
  4. Start your server.

Using The Configuration File

  1. Access the GhostCap Panel and Stop your server.
  2. In the sidebar, click File Manager and navigate to .cache/Server/pzserver.ini.
  3. Make the changes you want and then restart the server.
Tip

If the settings exist in Startup Parameters, then they will override what is in the configuration file.
