This is what you do if you need to change your server name on your Valheim server, also referred to as a hostname. This is what is displayed to players in the server browser.
Changing Server Name
- Log in to your GhostCap panel and select your server.
- In the sidebar, go to
Startup Parameters. - Find the
Server Namesetting and enter your desired server name. - Restart your server.
Note
This setting will override anything you have manually set inside of server.cfg
