Making your Valheim server private will hide it from the public server browser. Players will only be able to join by connecting directly through your server IP address.
Making Your Server Private
- Log into your GhostCap panel and select your Valheim server.
- In the sidebar, go to
Startup Parameters. - Find and disable the
Public Servertoggle. - Restart your server.
Note
When your server is private, it won't appear in the Valheim server browser. Players must connect directly using your server IP address.
