Cancel Your Service

Learn how to cancel your GhostCap Hosting service quickly and easily

If you need to cancel your GhostCap server, you can do so through the billing portal at any time. Your server will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  1. Login to the Billing Portal.
  2. Find the service and click VIEW DETAILS.
  3. Click the red Cancel Server button.
  4. Enter a reason and click REQUEST CANCELLATION.
Tip

Download your game saves before cancelling—all data is deleted after cancellation.
