Cancelling your service with GhostCap Hosting is straightforward. Here's how to cancel your service.
- Login to the Billing Portal.
- Under Your Active Products/Services, look for the service you want to cancel and click
VIEW DETAILS. - Click the red
Cancel Serverbutton. - Describe why you want to cancel then click the
REQUEST CANCELLATIONbutton.
Tip
Make sure to backup and download your game save files before cancelling.
